Regina Geames

Regina was born and resides in Rochester, New York. Ms. Geames is an active, dedicated and lifelong member of New Bethel CME Church, under the leadership of Reverend, Dr. Weldon G. Thomas. She attended the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, and Covenant Bible Theology School in Tallahassee, Florida. She has received trainings under Dr. Joy DeGruy, Finger Lakes Health System, The Center for Community Health, New York State Family and Child Care Services, and the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. Ms. Geames has embraced her gift of Encouraging as Founder, Visionary and CEO of B.H.E.I.R.S. (Building Healthy External/Internal Relationships Steadfastly). A Conduit for Mind, Body & Spiritual Wellness for Black / Brown Women: with roots founded in the Kwanzaa Principals, research in (resiliency) trauma and relationship building. Ms. Geames is an International Speaker, Event Planner, Wellness Coach, and Certified Trainer of CHIP (Complete Health Improvement Program), a National Plant Based Nutrition Program for Rochester Lifestyle Medicine, where she also serves as a Train-the-Trainer Facilitator. She is a committed supporter, participant, and leader as evident by her numerous affiliations both locally and nationally including PLEX (neighborhood association), Conkey Cruiser (Health & Fitness Bicycling Initiative), and The Balm in Gillead (National Health Initiative for Black Churches). Her interests range from health and wellness, youth and community advocacy, to traveling and spiritual happiness. She is also interested in fitness, gardening, and decorating. Ms. Geames approaches life with enthusiasm and a smile. She contributes her greatest accomplishments to motherhood!
